Yoga asanas are very effective for a good health when you are expecting. Go for a prenatal or gentle yoga classes that are designed for mothers-to-be. Trainers in these classes know which poses are best and which you should avoid.
10 Don’t Drink a Lot of Caffeine
If you consume a lot of caffeine then there are chances that it can travel through the placenta and increase your baby’s heart rate. Researchers suggest that pregnant women can safely consume a cup or two of coffee each day, but not more than that.
